The truth is, you don't need a LOT of that stuff. If details just about yourself are relevant, and if they will add to your prospects 'reasons why they should buy', then include 'em. But if they don't contribute towards the compelling benefits of your product, then don't. For example, if you took normal courses that gave you knowledge within call your product or your industry, are your prospect doesn't need to know much this -- these are minutia details that don't help your selling process -- and are principally wasted words.
