How the mechanics lien on my car for me?
I had my car painted Maaco.They did a horrible job he sand painting, all white spots on a car, and also in the rubber molding painted! These moldings are worth almost $ 500. They took 3 day that promised to finish the job, the tank empty, the gas having a car (apparently, he needs the radio, because they have changed all stations). My husband took the car, do not pay anything because they say they will sand the car. Then we realized that the painting base, we wanted a discount for that. They wanted to paint again, but the director said he would trim the original in a car because they are too expensive (the car dealer gave us an estimate of all bands). No way we left our car with them again (I meantion they stole all the change in the glove compartment?). Now, Call Manager and leave us a message that impose a duty mechanical restraint in a car. If you put a mechanics lein on your car, they can take your vehicle and sell it. Can you suggest to the Director you will be happy to talk more, but is awaiting a call back from the Office of DA office to discuss the matter with him.
